FAQ
Lodging: Rooms are shared, each will have two or four wonderful ladies, goddess camp style. You will each have your own single bed and share a bathroom. Bedding and pillows provided.

What to pack: Please bring comfortable clothing you can move in, a reusable water bottle, yoga mat, comfortable shoes, sandals, a swimsuit, sarong, headlamp, and personal totem with meaning. For Fun: Saturday's dinner theme is “shake your body of water” and we encourage dressing in water theme. Think blue river goddess, glimmering sea-star, or Loch Ness legend, and everything in between.

Schedule: The schedule is a set time, but not all workshops are mandatory to attend. If you need to take a break, process an emotion that came up, take a nap or just feel like solo dancing under the stars, no problem!
