Today I am grateful for a weekend spent in fellowship with women who are enriching their lives by focusing on their personal, professional and spiritual growth. I facilitated a workshop on self-limiting beliefs and creating your power story. I feel so incredibly blessed to have shared a safe space with these women to dig deep and tap into the negative stories that are constraining them in some way from living the life they desire.
The women facilitators were awesome! I got such a breadth of knowledge from nutritionists, healers, career coaches and my favorite was the storyteller. Dhaya gave us so many great tips for public speaking that I could use for the future.
I’m reflecting on the magic I was privy to witness at the Awaken Society women’s retreat.
When women come together in strength to allow one another to be vulnerable, the potential is limitless. The unique mix of yoga, breath, body awareness, boundary setting, forgiveness, productivity, and so much more, is a beautiful tapestry of offerings designed to awaken women to all that life is and can be.
Seeing the transformations during the weekend, and knowing I was fueling it through my culinary gifts , is the biggest compliment I could possible receive.
Just got back from my first ever Awaken Society retreat, I feel so invigorated and powerful to return to my life where I felt I had no control. Now, I feel more empowered, ready to take back my control, and the life I want to live. Thank you for allowing me to participate in your vision, soak up all the beautiful learnings, and gifts I’ve received.
The Awaken Retreat brought together some really amazing women with quality, well-balanced programming. As someone new to the Bay Area, I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity to meet like-minded, badass women who care about personal and spiritual development, and here to boost each other up with shared intentions of making the world a better place.
I got so much more than I expected at Awaken Society! The facilitators were well chosen and the women surrounding me were gracious, kind, and deeply emotionally intelligent. I instantly felt welcome and at ease in the container created by the organizers. I’m excited to build upon the lessons and tools I gained in my personal and professional relationships.
I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the energy, openness and support shown at the retreat last weekend. I feel honored to have taken this soul journey with 43 incredible women.
We are as strong as the people we surround ourselves with… I am feeling stronger than ever, the creative juices are flowing and I feel super-charged in my ambitions! I am thankful for the new self-awareness and am committed to following it with action. Self-development is a beautiful never-ending process.

The retreat was just what I needed for such a long time! It was a great experience because of, beyond our gorgeous location, the quality of the women who were there, the spirit they brought into the experience and the quality of the workshops. I came back from it it in a beautiful state of mind! Looking forward to connecting again my new sisters!
